We are writing to inform you that our Richmond, IN clinic will be permanently closing on April 9th, 2025. After many years of service, this decision was not made lightly.

As we close this chapter in our practice, we want to express our sincere gratitude for the trust you have placed in us over the years. Serving the Richmond community has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and we are thankful for the opportunity to be part of your healthcare journey.

Although we are closing our Richmond clinic, we want to reassure you that we are committed to ensuring your care is never interrupted. Your health and wellbeing are our top priority, and we’re here to make your transition as smooth as possible. Our team at Allergy & Asthma Care (now part of the AllerVie Health network!) is dedicated to delivering the highest quality care in the safest, most efficient, and patient-centered way possible.

We would like to invite you to visit one of our other clinics, including our Springdale, OH clinic, which is just over an hour away from Richmond. Dr. Seyerle will be seeing patients at this location on Mondays, and we’re confident you’ll continue to receive the exceptional care and support you need from us at this new location.

We wanted to inform you of an important change regarding our walk-in allergy shot hours. After March 29th, we will no longer be offering allergy shots on Saturdays. Instead, to ensure we continue to meet your needs, we are pleased to announce that we will be expanding our weekday clinic hours to provide more convenient options for you. 

Our new expanded hours will offer additional flexibility, and we’re confident this will help accommodate your schedule. 

Springdale:  

• Monday: 8 am – 5:30 pm
• Tuesday: 8 am – 4:30 pm  
• Wednesday: 8 am – 5:30 pm
• Thursday: 8 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm  

Kenwood:  

• Monday: 8 am – 5:30 pm  
• Tuesday: 9 am – 6 pm  
• Wednesday: 8 am – 5:00 pm  
• Thursday: Closed
• Friday: 8 am – 5:30 pm 

Anderson:  

• Tuesday: 8 am – 6:00 pm  
• Thursday: 8 am – 5:30 pm

No changes to hours in Clifton and Richmond at this time.
