Tracy Yager is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She has both a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Nursing from the acclaimed Virginia Commonwealth University, which adds depth and breadth to her clinical insights. Tracy is a member of various prestigious organizations, including the American College of Chest Physicians (CHEST) and the Virginia Coalition of Nurse Practitioners (VCNP), further corroborating her dedication to her profession.
Beyond her clinical work, Tracy is a vibrant person with diverse interests.
